Lull Telehandlers
Ever since the year 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their equipment have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This particular system offers a lot more accurate placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete all your requirements, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible, many attachments have been designed and developed like booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to position materials more accurately. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures so as to place loads in the upper or center floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being designed and developed all the time and would be available in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory will compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
